do not alter/claim my artwork in any way.

do not profit from my art (e.g. selling goods using my art).

please provide a clear reference sheet—I will work from descriptions or photos for an additional cost.

my prices are fixed, please note additional charges will apply for individual character designs, accessories, and shading.

allow up to 2 weeks for your commission to get finished.

do not beg for discounts, free art, designs, etc.

I have the right to refuse anyone my service for any reason.

do not resell my designs for more than you paid + purchased art (free art does not count toward a character's value and never should).

free designs should always be given away if you don't want it (if you bought art with currency, real or otherwise, then you are allowed to trade it for the value—you may never use the design to profit).

always credit my designs back to my toyhouse(dazev) or my deviant art (diasyy)

i will not start a commission without full payment.

full payment must be received within 24 hours of set commission – your place will be terminated and given to someone else if otherwise.

please ask me if there are any additional problems.

do not ask for a refund if i am more than 50% finished with your commission, you will not receive one.

full refunds will be given if i have either not started it or if i am less than 40% finished with it.

art takes time and should be paid for, do not waste my time.
